Were seeking an AP Analyst to work in our accounting office. The Accounts Payable Analyst ensures that invoice processing for the organization is timely, accurate, and complete. They are in charge of monitoring and auditing the AP automation, as well as make sure that all check, debit, and credit accounts are resolved effectively. They will provide support for the accounting department through processing of full cycle accounts payable, cash receipts, cash transfers, and purchase card transactions.

Responsibilities include monitoring the AP Automation process to ensure invoices, recurring payments, utilities, petty cash, etc. are correctly routed for approvals and coding. Review and approve daily deposits from the front desk, take deposits to the bank as needed, receive and organizes coded and approved statements, and prepare and initiate ACH transactions. Other duties as assigned or needed by supervisor.

The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, over five years of related experience, intermediate math skills, and ability to alphabetize. General office/clerical skills are needed as well as the ability to use judgement and problem solving skills. Must be able to interact professionally with colleagues, customers and others, maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Must have excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be detail oriented with excellent organization and prioritization skills, must be flexible and enthusiastic along with being proactive and independent. Ability to use a 10:Key by touch, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
