General Purpose 13;
Under general supervision, assists in the execution of PacifiCorp?s companywide FERC/NERC/ WECC regulatory compliance program, including the continual development, implementation, coordination and maintenance of related compliance activities, as well as the documentation and reporting of results to management. 13;
:Assist in the day:to:day execution of all aspects of PacifiCorps companywide regulatory compliance program to help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including the requirements of:
:PacifiCorps Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT);
:NERC/WECC Reliability Standards; and
:FERC Standards of Conduct (SOC)
:Develop, implement and monitor the ongoing completion of compliance controls.
:Conduct regular auditing of compliance controls, including developing testing plans, documenting findings, and reporting of results to management.
:Coordinate with companywide business units to develop remediation activities needed to address any identified compliance deficiencies.
:Track and monitor progress on remediation activities, including conducting independent verification and documentation of completion.
:Research, monitor, and identify emerging or changing regulatory compliance requirements.
:Coordinate with companywide business units to identify appropriate party responsible for maintaining compliance with identified regulatory requirements.
:Review issued regulatory audit reports, summarizing any identified issues, and developing and executing a plan to determine whether similar issues potentially exist at PacifiCorp. 13;
:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
:A minimum of three years professional experience.
:Knowledge of regulatory rules, policies, procedures and practices.
:Analysis, assessment and investigation skills to determine recommendations or plans of action.
:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult and resolve internal or external compliance issues which may be sensitive in nature.
:Ability to work with all levels of an organization including people with different styles and backgrounds; ability to work as a member of a team and ability to present alternatives and recommendations.
:Proficient with the use of personal computers including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications. 13;
