**_Position Highlights_** **:**
+ Responsible for the coordination and set up of large customer implementations and conversions.
+ Ensures that customers products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
+ Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with sales staff, relationship managers, and technical services.
**_Essential Duties & Responsibilities:_**
+ Reviews customer applications for accuracy
+ Enter new merchant information into boarding systems for account set up
+ Effectively communicates with sales staff, relationship mangers and technical services
+ Maintains tracking and update database with account information as well as new and completed work requests
+ Meets service levels in completing or following up on outstanding requests.
**Qualifications:**
**_Basic Qualifications:_**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Six months to one year of clerical and/or customer service experience
**_Preferred Skills and Experience:_**
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient computer skills
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
