Provides administrative support to the Internet of Things Group IOTG. Individual must be proactive, with a high level of initiative, ability to anticipate next steps and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to prioritize. Some experience working with a focus on customer satisfaction is a plus. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The candidate will also be expected to work smoothly and professionally with other admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning. Must be able to handle a fast pace and dynamic environment along with driving the logistics for the group. Excellent interpersonal skills required given the extensive external interface as well. Candidate will also assist in coordinating activities across IOTG, volunteer events, conferences, customer meetings, global/multisite team coordination etc. Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size. Handles details that are confidential and critical in nature. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: Organizes and manages calendar/schedules for manager and/or departmentArranges international and domestic travel Purchases and maintains office supplies Serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures. Manages meeting logistics to include distribution of materials staff agendas Manages the Oregon office spaceMaintains an organized office environmentSupports on site customer visits, coordinating quarterly eventsCreates and maintains Sharepoint sites


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years relevant experience as an admin.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstate experience managing multiple calendars, performing complex travel and internal/customer meeting coordination.
  • Experience booking domestic and international travel and demonstrates experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn the corporate world of Intel.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficient in Skype, SharePoint, Concur and WebEx
