Haven Spa Pool & Hearth is offering a part-time, temporary position (April - September) at our Clackamas Home Office. If you are professional, organized, customer focused, and take pride in the quality of your work, this may be the perfect position for you! This is our busiest time of year and we need a sharp, can-do assistant, who enjoys a fast paced and fun environment.

Here are just a few of the responsibilities in this role:

-Answer phones & route calls between departments
-Data entry assistance for Service Department & Accounting
-Receive product for Showrooms & Service Department
-Assist with written project quotes for customers
-Assist in the showroom when needed
-Support General Manager & Service Department Manager when needed

You must be dependable, mature, a team player, detail oriented and willing to learn and grow in this important role. We offer a positive and supportive culture, where all employee contributions are valued. Training will be provided. Hours are Monday - Friday at 25-30 hours per week.
