Our 9-room wellness center focused on pregnancy, pediatrics and healthy families on SE 40th and Woodstock is seeking a new receptionist. We are looking for a vibrant, happy, healthy, tech savvy, articulate, and organized individual to join our team approximately 30 hours/week. (Saturday or Sunday morning availability a plus)
Some basic duties will include:
-Be the smiling face of a multidisciplinary clinic, able to clearly communicate our message and practices to existing and potential patients in a consistently kind manner.
-Keep the office organized and create new systems as needed
-Greet patients and check them out- collect payments and schedule appointments
-Answer phone, return calls, fill supplement orders
-Scan records and send out faxes as needed
-Water plants, run laundry, help keep office clean and stocked day to day
-Manage collected funds and keep them organized per provider. Keep transaction details.
-Communicate with and assist the biller as needed.
-Make regular social media posts for the office
Compensation will start around 15/hr, without official health benefits. Though we do offer a bit of an in-house benefits package that includes chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, naturopathic and women’s wellness.
