Technical Engagement Manager / Product Manager Role and Responsibilities: Coordinate cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure project deliverables are completed on-time and within scope Develop detailed project plans, action item lists, and delivery dates to track progress Lead and document all weekly dedicated project/product team meetings Ensure adherence to established product development/management processes Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques to identify risk early Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans Create and maintain necessary project documentation. Strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail Communicate timelines, risk and status to both the internal team and external groups. Experience working with distributed teams Strong business development skills with a proven track record of selling on value and building relationships. Excellent leadership and communications skills Overall understanding of application development processes/methodologies. Background in technology projects. Required Skills and Experience: MS/MBA strongly preferred; at least 7 years in project management and engagement management roles for large programs Personal attributes include strong work ethic, passion for what you are doing, detail oriented, and a sense of urgency. Strong proven experience with leading and managing projects Strong understanding of various software development methodologies Proven experience on Agile / Scrum methodology is preferred Sound decision making and critical thinking skills Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization; Ability to facilitate problem resolution within all levels of an organization and across organizations. Excellent writing and communication skills with equal ability to talk to engineers, senior executives, partners, and customers. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
