Northwest-based entertainment ticketing company is looking for full and part-time Call Center/Help Desk Representatives for our downtown Portland office.

JOB SUMMARY:
• Provide unscripted, thorough, attentive support for incoming calls from customers, clients, box offices and outlet locations.
• Sell a wide variety of event tickets over the phone to customers.
• Generate and electronically deliver event-related reports to clients.
• Actively participate in daily operations task completion.
• Client and customer service in person and on the phone/email, using a complex software platform.
• Call center staffed from 7am to 10pm Monday through Sunday with varying schedules for team members.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Knowledge of computerized ticketing and/or web-based sales tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organized, accurate and detailed oriented.
• Ability to work in a high volume environment and remain calm, focused and productive.

• Task oriented and strong problem solving skills.
• Team player and foresight for preventative maintenance.
• Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with co-workers and patrons, in an English speaking environment.
• Fluencies and knowledge of alternative languages a plus
COMPENSATION:
• Approximately 24-32+ hours per week.
• Eligible for benefit package, including vacation accrual and health insurance opt-in, after 90 days.
• Possibility for Full-Time status after 90 days with rate of pay increase potential.
