KinderCare Education has three brands to meet the needs of busy families wherever they need us: We re in neighborhoods with our KinderCare Learning Centers that offer early childhood education and care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old We re at offices with KinderCare Education at Work , our suite of family-focused benefits for organizations to offer to their employees, including on-site and near-site early learning centers, Back-up Care for last-minute child care and Care Select And we re at schools with our Champions before and after school programs The Client Relations Director of Sales will implement sales activities that will drive customer retention, the highest levels of customer engagement and client growth. This role works closely with client liaisons, field operations and finance developing strong working relationships while identifying new business development opportunities for expanding services and growth of our current clients. ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES Help the team drive the highest levels of customer engagement with our clients at all times Develop and drive a multi-year growth and 100% retention strategy Recruit and continue to build the team of Account Executives who will seek understand, listen and bring solutions to our clients ultimately driving the highest levels of customer retention, customer engagement, and profitable growth Establish a proactive, always solving client needs , mindset and culture within the Client Relations team Develop and implement training to support the Account Executives with renewal deal leadership, development, negotiation, and closure Collaborate closely and effectively with field operations and other field leaders to ensure alignment with client needs and field operations Account Executive sales process management manage and support the AE s to think holistically about client needs, goals, and objectives while measuring and driving client retention, team performance and development Establish KCE@Work s reputation as a thought-leader in the benefit space by surfing the cutting edge of employee recruitment, employee retention, and productivity strategies ultimately becoming a sought-out thought-leader in Early Childhood Education Demonstrated track record of accomplishments in account management and client relations Ability to develop a multi-year strategy and proven execution skills to drive sustained growth and client retention Experience building teams and leading change to spark innovative growth and create a new mindset Experienced at working with executive leaders of existing clients and in coaching teams to effectively present and communicate at that level Willingness to move fast and take calculated risks in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment and to skillfully lead teams through change with inspiration Outstanding presentation skills; experience in planning and more importantly executing critical client meetings. Has a deep library of content and ideas upon which to draw. Possesses strong and deep network and has ability to tap talent to drive team goal attainment A minimum of five years of experience leading teams KinderCare Education is an Equal Opportunity employer.
