Job Title: Training & Development Coordinator Essential Duties and REsponsibilities (Other duties as assigned): Coordinate and organize web based training initiatives Help develop training materials for presentations and annual training curriculum Onboard new clients and coordinate various training needs Job Duties/Competencies: Set up all gotowebinar monthly trainings for our Reinforcement Program Email list management Create templated emails for pre and post training communication Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs Research and evaluate training software programs to provide a better learning experience for our clients Inform employees about training initiatives Respond to clients in a timely fashion Create and send out pre-training surveys that help develop more relevant training content Develop training outlines based on the needs of clients Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment Track and report on training outcomes Support the creation and development of presentations to aid the trainers by making it quicker to finalize training materials Research training topics to support upcoming training programs Support monthly webinars by acting as the facilitator during webinars Send resources and training materials to client as needed Support Pivot’s Customer Experience training philosophy by staying current on all new CX trends Supervisory Responsibilities There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience with instruction or training Knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles Knowledge of instructional design Knowledge of training methodologies Training and development certifications a plus Language/Communication Skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Computer Skills (most can be learned) Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Survey Monkey, Hubspot Other Key Skills & Abilities Ability to meet deadlines and perform in a high paced work environment. Planning and organizing Communication skills Research and Data gathering and analysis Presentation skills Facilitation skills Adaptable Demonstrate persistence and the ability to overcome obstacles. Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients. A true team player that thrives on being a part of something bigger than themselves. Must possess a high level of initiative, and can-do attitude focused on the client’s needs. Reasoning Ability Must be a creative problem solver resulting in delivering an exceptional client experience.
