Hello,
I am writing this as a bit of a long shot, as I know there are no job descriptions out there for an Inventor/Business Consultant - but I have a passion and real talent for solving problems. Until now I have worked jobs to the best of my ability without the passion and drive I get from coming up with new ideas and writing business plans. I've decided it's time for me to pursue my goals, and hopefully help a business/businesses in the process. I have a long list of inventions and business plans, upwards of 60 at this point. I do not like to disclose my intellectual property, but I feel that without sharing one of these ideas I will likely be written off as another crackpot;
Perhaps the most simple idea to explain in a short paragraph is my idea for an Air Conditioning system that is connected to a home's smoke detectors. In the event of a fire, when the smoke detector is set off, it would send a signal to the A/C unit, which would automatically reverse direction to begin pulling smoke out of the house (because most people die from smoke inhalation in all house fires). This will give the occupants more time to escape, and increase visibility for both victims and rescuers. Priced competitively with normal A/C units, most home buyers would opt for the one that could save their lives and you could effectively corner the market.
This is just one of an ever increasing number of inventions and business plans I have put together, and I am looking for an opportunity to help a business or multiple businesses with my expertise in solving problems. I have found that once I understand how something currently works, I am very good at finding ways to make them work better and more efficiently. This also applies to business operations and managerial decision making, and I graduated with Honors from Oregon State University with degrees in Accounting and Communications.
I don't expect to get any serious responses from this posting, but I am hoping someone out there does take it seriously. I am 29 years old, I have a lot of talent, and even on a consultant basis I believe I can help any business. If I can find the right arrangement, I would even be willing to share my own invention ideas with company that is seeking new ideas and has the expertise to pursue and follow through on them.
In addition to the idea posted above, I also have ideas that are much more simple, as well as ones that are much more complex. I estimate that the smallest of these ideas is capable to $2-5 million dollars in revenue within a 5 year period, and the collection of my ideas would be capable of producing $20+ Billion dollars in revenue within a 15 year time period if the right resources were applied.
My ideas thus far are in number of industries including;
- Fire fighting/fire prevention (4)
- Construction (3)
- Phone applications (3)
- GPS enabled Devices (2)
- Service industries (3)
- Recycling (2)
- Green Energy (3)
- Child Care/health, Baby & toddler products (2)
- Gaming Systems (2)
- Home Theater (3)
- Home Furniture (3)
- Real Estate (1)
- Architecture (2)
- Military (4)
- Hiking/backpacking (2)
- Bar/Restaurant (2)
- Automotive (3)
- Home Appliances (3)
- Footwear/Apparel (3)
- Aircraft (4)
- Advertising (4)
- Home Defense (2)
- Firearms (1)
These are just the ideas I can think of at the moment (I do not have my portfolio in front of me). All of my ideas are based on technologies and capabilities that are currently available today (meaning that each of them can be built and manufactured with current technology, they are not 50 year in the future inventions).
Also, if you or your business has connections with any of the following companies, please contact me;
- Ford
- Microsoft
- Nike
- 3M
- Google
- General Electric
- Boeing
If I do get replies to this posting, I hope they are serious inquiries. I truly have a gift for thinking outside of the box to solve problems. Thank you for taking the time to read this post!
