Your cleaning does include your downspouts being flushed out. As well as a three month guarantee to not overflow. If your gutters overflow within three months after we've cleaned them then we will come back out for free to unclog any overflowing areas. Free with no questions asked.
At your request we can also install, our gutter screen filter that go's over the downspout.This we can also include free as well. Most customers will add a few of these downspout filters where they have repeated problem areas, or spots they just can't reach themselves.
