Some companies are sold on the idea of cleaning your windows with a water-fed extension pole. These poles were designed to be used on glass commercial buildings four stories high, and not on residential homes. Poles can't clean off paint over spray, bird droppings, bug drops, tree sap, and anything else that takes scrubbing with a little elbow grease to take off. For some homes a water-fed pole would be a good option, for homes taller than three stories, or homes that are less that 10 feet apart from each other.
