Duration: Full Time Job Summary: Summary: Responsible for developing and executing the sourcing strategy for the Corporate Services Category in support of the client. and its subsidiaries. Works within the defined Strategic Sourcing strategy & guidance to organize and complete moderately to highly complex sourcing of products and services. Conducts moderately to highly complex market research and performs analyses to ensure best value, lowest total cost of ownership, and internal customer satisfaction is realized by the organization. Ensures efficient transition of completed sourcing events to the Supplier Relationship Management team (SRM) for contract implementation. Essential Functions:
·Partner with stakeholders to draft category plans in alignment with the strategic goals and direction of the Director, Strategic Sourcing.
·Complete moderately to highly complex analyses for assigned projects and identify category area business & product trends.
·Define sourcing specifications & cost reduction objectives, implement negotiation strategies, and identify high impact sourcing-related solutions to meet/exceed business objectives as required. ·Conduct moderately to highly complex requests for proposal, requests for information, requests for quote and reverse auctions as required (all RFxs) through use of the strategic sourcing platform tools.
·Lead /facilitate moderate to high risk sourcing projects through the full project lifecycle while managing and mitigating risk.
·Utilize lean concepts to drive process improvement and cost reductions without compromising business strategies and/or quality.
·Act as a corporate liaison to current and potential suppliers and business owners in support of the clients strategic sourcing initiatives.
·Assist in the development of Company and department standards and manage within those as well as applicable laws to ensure ethical negotiation and to preserve procurement reputation of the client and its subsidiaries.

·Incumbent performs work under a limited level of supervision.
·Works under the guidance of the Director, Strategic Sourcing and within the established guidelines and controls including the Purchasing Manual.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
·BA/BS degree required. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or MS in a related field preferred.
·10 years industry experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience. ·3-5 years of experience negotiating contingent labor, professional services, legal, finance, national uniforms and/or office supplies agreements highly preferred.
·Ability to perform complex analysis in spreadsheet programs including MS Excel.
·Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite.
·Collect and analyze financial market, business, or technical information to draw conclusions and make educated recommendations impacting the sourcing plan or event.
·Ability to facilitate/conduct large group meetings and presentations for internal and external clients at all levels.
·Demonstrated knowledge of spend analysis techniques.
·Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills within a collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders.
·Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with vendors at all levels.
·Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive materials and information.
·Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
