Job Brief
Fetch Eyewear -- the charitable designer eyewear company -- is looking for an executive director to oversee all business operations and business development. Under the direction of Fetch Eyewear founder Ann Sacks, the executive director is responsible for ensuring the health and growth of Fetch Eyewear’s online and retail businesses.

Oversee all business activities, including but not limited to operations, online and retail sales, finance, marketing, human resources, and business development.
Manage objectives set forth by company founder, prioritizing and delegating tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service matters, ensuring a positive customer experience through all channels (online, phone, and in-store).
Improve all processes and procedures, including sales, customer service, and order fulfillment.
Manage all sales channels from beginning to end, including a retail store, website, and wholesale distribution network.
Manage and develop staff, helping each to fully understand our mission and goals, growing their current skill set to accomplish those goals.
Track all staff hours, and submit for payroll.
Monitor all expenditures, keeping budgets in mind.
Oversee store events.
Manage mission messaging, branding, signage, and printed material, ensuring that our mission is communicated effectively to the public.

Proven experience leading business initiatives, preferably in the eyewear or nonprofit industries.
Ability to manage multiple aspects of a growing business and ensure objectives are met.
Bachelor’s degree or greater in a related field.
