General Purpose 13;
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate updating and/or verification of employee and other Human Resources (HR) information in various HR systems including SAP. 13;
Responsibilities 13;
:Verifying the accuracy and ensuring the timely processing of employee information in multiple systems and databases.
:Creating, modifying, verifying, and posting requisitions in the SuccessFactors applicant tracking system.
:Ensuring the timely and accurate notification of various internal parties of employee actions which have an effect on corporate compliance activities.
:Resolving moderately complex issues for both internal and external clients.
:Verifying and processing information related to training and tracking.
:Verifying and processing changes in positions and organizational structures.
:Auditing the accuracy of information provided including records, reports, payments and deductions.
:Utilizing software tools to develop ad hoc queries and reports from SAP.
:Advising clients related to general HR inquires including how to correctly complete and submit employee data change requests, position modifications, etc.
:Filing of both hard copy and electronic employee records. 13;

:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
:2 + years of related customer service experience.
:Detail orientation in following established written procedures, balanced with the ability to effectively work in a fast:paced environment with high workload, completing multiple tasks with inflexible and rapidly changing deadlines and requirements.
:Excellent customer interface skills including effective telephone techniques, active listening and problem resolution skills.
:Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with team members and clients/customers in a fashion that promotes positive customer relations and protects sensitive/confidential information.
:Demonstrated experience utilizing various PC:based tools to input and extract information, as well as the ability to run various reports and import/export data correctly from one tool to the next. 13;

:Bachelors Degree in human resources, information systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
:Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
:Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking system as well as e:Verify.
:Knowledge of and experience with SAP (specifically with the HR module).
:Experience processing employee information in a production oriented environment.
:Knowledge of general company Human Resources policies, procedures and practices. 13;
