The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Human Resources and Training Teams in accordance with Holland Partner GroupA?s Core Values. We are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic that offers exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow through. The Holland Team consists of Associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team:building, and decision:making skills.Coordinate and collect new hire and onboarding paperwork.Maintain regular job postings on various job boards.Coordinate and collect online and paper benefit enrollments.Prepare, organize, and maintain various personnel:related files.Collect signed policies and communicate training requirements as needed in conjunction with transfers/promotions.Coordinate various employee discount programs.Assist in coordinating various departmental surveys.Prepare and distribute recurring as well as as:needed reports.Maintain up:to:date user information within Holland University.Coordinate secret shop requests and track completion of shops and any follow:up paperwork.Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and/or interviews (including reserving meeting space and scheduling catering when applicable).Copy, fax, scan, and distribute documents, mailings and other correspondence.Perform customer service functions by responding to general requests and questions.Provide support at the front desk on a regular and as:needed basis.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times. Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. BachelorA?s degree or coursework in related field preferred. Experience: Two to three years of administrative support experience required. Experience in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated high level of skill in both verbal and written communication.Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.Ability to accurately perform multiple tasks in a complex and fast:paced operating environment.Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.Ability to identify and act on opportunities to recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and resources. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of general office equipment and Microsoft Office.Must be proactive, flexible, responsible, and resourceful.Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.Strong customer service, time management, and coordination skills. Attendance: This full:time position requires the ability to work between the hours of 8am:5pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours or overtime may be required. This position also requires: Ability to lift or move up to 20 poundsHearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situationsFluency in English both verbally and non:verbally.
