GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position provides professional, compassionate treatment for adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. This position works closely with the residential and outpatient programs to provide integrated care for clients. Duties and responsibilities include: Managing a client caseload, assess and triage clients’ substance use, mental health and physical needs and make appropriate referrals, treatment plan client needs and find the necessary resources to meet those goals, provide substance use group counseling, consult with external agencies to coordinate care and to track and improve client engagement in outpatient services.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hold a current CADC certification
• Able to qualify for QMHA status within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of Trauma Specific Services, Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and strong interdisciplinary team skills.
• Proficient and timely with required productivity and clinical documentation standards.
