Seeking Full Time Practice Manager/Patient Care Coordinator for busy Aesthetic Practice (Portland, Oregon)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high level Practice Manager and Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the continued growth of our busy aesthetic practice. Candidate should possesses a strong background in leadership, marketing, management, patient relations and sales experience. This is a dynamic role that is rewarding both professionally and personally.
Full Time Position, Full Compensation Package (Salary, Excellent Medical, 401k, Paid Vacation, Profit Share, and more)

Responsibilities

Ensure all daily day to day operations are running efficiently.
Participate in the development of corporate goals, objectives and policies.
Revenue goal tracking.
Ensure high degree of patient satisfaction, engagement and relationships.
Develop initiative, motivation and positive morale with staff.
Maintain compliance with government and third party payer requirements.
Maintain standards of quality care.
Ensure timely processing of new patient inquires, disputes and follow ups.
Maintain relationships with vendors.
Discuss treatment plans with patients.
Negotiate client treatment plans and sales.
Interview and selection of office staff.
Orientation/training of new office staff.
Resolve conflicts which occur in an organization while protecting the professional and legal rights of everyone involved.
Marketing management including monthly specials, guerrilla marketing, website management, SEO management.
Patient reputation management.
IT management
Event Planning
Skincare management
Resolve problems related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment and supplies.
Analyze systems and procedures and initiate changes to improve work flow and efficiency.
Hold/Lead monthly staff meetings.
Helping to support patient care
Maximizing sales efforts for meeting practice goals
Attracting new patients
Inside sales of services and products
Patient statistic reporting and scheduling

Skills/Qualifications required include:
Bachelors degree or higher
Leadership experience
Medical/Aesthetic background preferred
Effective verbal and written communication
Self- motivated
Strong negotiation/sales skills
Ability to close sales and meet monthly quotas
Positive attitude and solution oriented
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
Effective problem solving, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively within diverse cultures and socioeconomic situations
Team oriented.

Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite
Previous medical scheduling software preferred
