Young Entrepreneurs Business Week (YEBW) is built on the principle of "Building the Next Generation of Business and Entrepreneurial Leaders." YEBW provides high school students with progressive and immersive programs in the key areas of entrepreneurship, business fundamentals, financial investments, career readiness and leadership development.

YEBW is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead the organization. Having demonstrated eight years of programmatic success, the organization is on the path of growth and development. As the “face of YEBW,” the Executive Director will develop, maintain and sustain effective working relationships with the YEBW Board of Directors, Associated Oregon Industries (AOI, with whom YEBW is an affiliate), the business community, parents and volunteers to positively impact the mission of the organization.

With an annual budget of ~$480,000 (cash and in-kind), YEBW’s strategic plan for the next three years will utilize three Core Strategies which project significant sustainable expansion:

1. DEVELOP a larger and more diverse funding base;
2. GROW core YEBW programs to serve a larger and more diverse population of students;
3. EXPAND opportunities to build the network and visibility of YEBW.

YEBW believes Oregon’s sustainable future is dependent upon a thriving business community and entrepreneurial sector – a sector which values the education and workforce development of the next generation of business owners – and is looking for an individual who will passionately and effectively lead the organization.
