Job Description:/h3:
We are looking for high quality personnel who are committed to setting a standard for excellence. We want individuals who thrive on tough work and demanding opportunities.

Responsibilities:
:Coordinate and facilitate on:site quality control meetings with all project stakeholders : subcontractors, owners, owners representative, etc.
:Research, develop and execute the projects quality control plan. Quality control plan is based on the three:phase quality control system.
:Create, compile and organize the projects as:built and redline drawings.
:Inspect and verify the work performed on the project meets or exceeds the requirements listed in the contract documents : specifications, drawings, appendices, etc.
:Assist the project manager and assistant project manager with tracking the projects status and provide weekly/bi:weekly updates.
:Monitor and track the projects equipment fleet and provide weekly updates noting any changes made on:site.
:Work closely with field construction personnel (Superintendents, Foremen and Crews).
Location:
:Operations based out of Hubbard, Oregon.
Travel:
:Must be willing to travel/relocate. Project sites are located over a broad geographic area, so relocation and/or travel may be required.
Education:
:Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration (Accounting, Management or Finance), Construction Management or related field. Equivalent experience in a construction:related position will also be considered.
Qualifications:
:This is an entry level position and training will be provided to the correct candidate. Construction field experience is preferred but not required.
:Comprehensive computer experience is required : MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
:Utility/civil construction knowledge is a plus.
:Strong organizational and time management skills.
:Thorough attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
:Strong work ethic : willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
:Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
:Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide:ranging climates and environments.
