Position Summary::/h2:
Audit various job functions to verify that audit policy is enforced equally. Interact with and support Distribution Center supervisors, union employees, non:union employees, store associates and Main Office associates. Perform physical inventory counts in the Distribution Center. Role model and demonstrate the Companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of self and others.
Fred Meyer also requires that all associates perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

Essential Job Functions::/h2:
: Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
: Audit trailers
: Audit all areas inside warehouse, randomly, each week
: Maintain all files on Dallas system that pertain to aisle ranges and picking information
: Respond to concerns from buyers and stores, research and return results
: Process reports on overs and shorts from stores
: Slot all merchandise
: Conduct research on store order cuts
: Conduct all inventories
: Correct receiving problems
: Perform new store setup from Distribution Center end
: Perform cycle counts
: Perform inventory responsibilities
: Maintain individual, shift and warehouse audit records
: Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Minimum Position Qualifications::/h2:
: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus two years experience in warehouse distribution; or combination of relevant education and experience.
: Minimum 18 years of age
: Ability to pass drug test
: Maintain confidentiality
: Ability to work in a fast:paced environment
: Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis
: Ability to work any shift
: Accuracy/attention to detail
: Ability to organize/prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
: Familiarity with retail distribution, technical terms and processes
: Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines
: Ability to continue education, as necessary
: Valid drivers license
: Fred Meyer lift truck certification/license Desired Previous Job Experience::/h2:
: Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
: Experience directing and participating on project teams
: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and MAGIC
: Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker
: Second Language
