This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of our marketing strategy, primarily through management of the email program, creating lead generation strategies, and developing compelling marketing collateral.

Email Marketing Management
• Manage all email marketing campaigns for the company to build community engagement and increase revenue.
• Develop lead nurture email campaigns for each website tool download and online assessment in order to grow leads into coaching prospects.
• Re-engage past and lapsed clients by sending relevant, timely, and targeted emails.
• Support Sales Team efforts by creating email engagement campaigns following events and coach speaking engagements.
• Develop new customer acquisition email campaigns to increase leads for Sales Team.
• Test e-mail delivery timing, creative elements, subject lines and different messaging to maximize ROI.
• Deliver monthly KPI reports to communicate email performance trends.

Manage Lead Generation Strategy
• Partner with Director of Marketing to create and execute lead generation strategy.
• Manage lead capture efforts through development of landing pages, forms, and advertising copy.
• Partner on social media efforts to grow our social media followers and to turn social media followers into clients.
• Coordinate lead generation webinars, including promotion, execution and e-mail follow-up.
• Support SEO, PPC, and paid social media efforts to drive sales leads.
• Stay abreast of emerging lead generation tactics and develop new ideas for generating leads.

Marketing Collateral Creation
• Coordinate the implementation and execution of our brand strategy, primarily through the creation of flyers, brochures, sales tools, white papers, and webpages.
• Ensure all published pieces conform to the Style Guide, are on-brand, and free of typos and errors.
• Support new product launch efforts including research, messaging, copywriting, and design.
• Stay abreast of competitive offerings, pricing and value propositions.

• Write compelling email and landing page content that transfers knowledge and engages our audiences while highlighting our unique brand voice and position.
• Tell engaging stories that connect people to our content, coaches and brand.

• Continuously seeks knowledge, understanding, and skills with operating systems, procedures, and with general business information by study and experience.
• Maintains the appropriate degree of confidentiality in all tasks and communications.
• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
• Respectfully takes direction from supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with a degree in Marketing or related field; minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in marketing. Exceptionally strong communication skills (written and oral); demonstrated ability to work with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); demonstrated experience in email marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in SEO, PPC, and paid social media a plus.
