Your challenge 13;
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, National and Corporate Accounts,: USA, your responsibilities will be:
:Plan, Develop, evaluate, and execute sales strategy for major accounts.
:Manage national account base and cultivate new national accounts, utilizing sales tools for tracking sales and opportunities.
:Manage opportunities within Salesforce
:Develop market intelligence
:Work closely with internal Cascades departments to support the selling efforts through the distributor to the end user. 13;

Help develop his business unit's strategic plan and ensure its implementation 13;
Help develop the sales growth strategy for his team and ensure its implementation 13;
Operational Excellence 13;
Apply the pricing strategy and monitor his teams performance indicators 13;
Help develop and implement sales best practices that are in keeping with Cascades' strategic orientations 13;
Manage trade and exports as needed (trade, broker: specialization?) 13;
Establish and achieve the sales budget for his team 13;
Promote and sell solutions and products that are adapted to the needs of clients and refer products from other groups as needed 13;
Human Resources 13;
Help develop/apply his teams compensation strategy 13;
Help employees reporting to him develop their skills and make sure they have the competencies necessary to fulfil their responsibilities 13;
Make sure the work flow and team structure are tailored the needs of the sales strategy 13;
Manage and engage employees based on Cascades' values and business strategy 13;
Health and Safety 13;
Create and maintain a healthy and safe work environment for all employees in his business unit 13;
Promote sound occupational health and safety management 13;
Corporate Responsibility and Governance 13;
Ensure compliance and promote ethical behaviour by Cascades and its business partners 13;
Client Focused and Innovation 13;
Encourage his team to suggest ideas for improvement 13;
Develop his network in the business community (e.g., industry, associations, clients) 13;
Keep a watch to develop market intelligence (best practices, trends, segmentation, competition, etc.) and share it within the organization 13;
Help his team achieve its innovation objectives 13;
Forge relationships with the major clients of his business unit and promote Cascades product line 13;
