This is for two, separate positions. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of estimating, sales, contracting, client-employee management and completed projects under their belt. Commercial Painting Estimator –

Responsibilities include:

· Contract commercial painting projects with general contractors.

· Network, develop and maintain relationships with existing and new contractors.

· Perform take offs, production and bid rates for labor, material, equipment.

· Maintain bid and sales goals.

· Preparation of bid documents, contracts, negotiations, RFI's, construction documents, change orders, submittals, billings and all administration for projects.

· Team with Operations to ensure quality and timely production of projects, including: scheduling, procuring products and equipment, safety planning, timeline management, job cost tracking and management.

· Lead your team and be a team player in all efforts for the success of WILLCO, WILLCO's employees and projects.

Repaint/Handyman Estimator –

Responsibilities include:

· Estimate and sell commercial, residential, and multifamily painting and construction/repair projects

· Network, develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

· Perform take offs, production and bid rates for labor, material, equipment.

· Maintain bid and sales goals

· Team with Marketing to build new, and maintain current, client relationships

· Lead your team and be a team player in all efforts for the success of WILLCO, WILLCO's employees and projects

· High level computer skills

· Strong communications, organizational, follow through and people skills

· Positive attitude and character with emphasis on team work

· Extremely reliable and able to work independently

· Must be timely, organized, detail oriented and meet/beat deadlines

· Assertive, self manages, goal oriented and a critical thinker
