Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Analyze cost related to production facilities, suppliers, commodities (gas/chem/spares), equipment and factory consumables.
Determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and supplier personnel.
Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
This role is primarily ownership and integrity of the development factory commodity cost and supplier support program, data, and associated business processes & IE entity management system (EMS) conversion tracking.

Additional duties include: Managing the business processes for new process integration and system maintenance within commodity cost, managing sustaining supplier support/resourcing/logistics and daily factory consumables management. Expectation to gain thorough understanding of all factory systems that tie into commodity cost.

Responsible for Site Supplier Management.

Responsible for gownroom operations and consumables.



Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Candidate must have an industrial/ Chemical engineer degree.

University Knowledge of Excel and Visual Basic, Access, Excel/VB, PowerPoint, Word, Primavera, SAP.

3 to 6 months of Software coding experience/educational experience.
