Every year, we make more than 200 homes safe, comfortable, and efficient. Our Project Manager is responsible for completing projects on time, on budget, and with a level of service that makes customers love us. The position deals specifically with residential energy upgrades, not new construction or commercial projects. WeA cents € (TM) re looking for a service superstar that has a cool head under pressure and unmatched organizational skills. A good attitude and flexibility are required; experience with residential construction is preferred. Base salary, commission, and benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Respond to all customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner. Conduct pre-project inspection of jobsite. Address issues before they arise or escalate. Clarify job scope and customer contract with the sales team. Identify the resources needed to complete every project. Assign crew responsibilities. Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling customers, crews, subcontractors and final inspections. Review finished project with customers and secure customer sign off and collect check. Monitor Monthly production numbers, consistently discussing with crews and management Ensure excellent crew safety record, minimizing risk as much as possible. Complete and submit all project documentation. Implement new procedure, refine old procedure for increased efficiency Superior verbal and written communication skills. A high degree of professionalism, tact and ability to influence others. Ability to dissect business process and implement improvements Excellent conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations and customer concerns in a positive manner. 5 years residential construction project management experience, Success prioritizing diverse responsibilities. Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising contract intent, relationships with team members, or customer service. Sound judgment, ability to make decisions, work and act independently, and seek assistance from team members when necessary. Mechanically minded with an understanding of building systems / construction methods. Proficient supervisory and team building skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software. Valid driver's license. BPI Certification a plus. Experience in managing HVAC, residential remodel, window, or insulation crews.
