This is a rare .177 co2 pellet conversion upper slide that fits onto a 1911 frame. It was made in the late 70's by a west german company named Blazer. It was first imported by Crossman and then Blazer set up it's own distribution. Production didn't last very long. It has a Walther/Lothar barrel, adjustable sights. The slide is metal, the piece that slides open to insert the pellet is polymer with a rubber tube insert to position the pellet, the long threaded shaft is steel with a polymer base plate. It is very accurate. I bought the unit after reading an early 1980's American Rifleman article about them. I'm the original owner. It functions perfectly. This is a very rare but still functional unit. Great for practice sessions.

Let me introduce myself. Hi, my name is Barbara Larsen. I have been active in the pet industry for more than 22 years. In 1986 I graduated from Friendship Academy For Dogs in Washington DC with a Pet Dog Trainer and Kennel Management Certificate. I later worked as an understudy to Robert Vance with American Canine Institute in Mt. View, Ca. There I learned to Train in Canine Personal Protection, SchH, and Advanced Obedience instruction. I also managed his boarding kennel. At a later date I opened My own training and breeding business. Von Weissenberg German Shepherds and Dog Training, in Fremont California. I trained dogs for others and took my own dogs through a series of obedience and conformation titles. During that same period of time I worked as a Veterinary Technician for All About Pets Animal Hospital. When I moved to Las Vegas In 2001 I found a position as a Manager of a pet store chain. I worked with them for a year and a half and decided to move on. I then returned to the Veterinary Technician field, working with Dr. Elena Pederson at Advanced Animal Hospital.

In 2005 My parents opened a pet store here in Las Vegas, making it a family project. My Mother, father, brother and I ran Vegas Paws. I still do the purchasing of puppies for them. Over the years I’ve met some very nice and reputable folks in this industry. I personally took a trip to their homes and kennels to check them out and make sure everything was clean, up to standard with USDA and all the animals were well taken care of. I met a few I wouldn’t use again and a few who were hardworking friendly folk that took the time and care to do it right.

During the last three years we have added two new children to our brood. I Now am the mother of 4 beautiful daughters. Hence, the need for me to be at home more often came about.
