28' Home-built barge-styled Houseboat for sale; a great deal at $24.900 or offer.

Not a fixer or junker (2005 construction), but a real beautiful gem. Is located in water and doesn't come with trailer. Comes furnished, has A/C, is insulated, has Newport diesel heater, sofa-bed (for two), kitchen counters, a closet space, shower stall and private space for a porta-potti or real head.
Has a nice patio (which is covered), so you can BBQ or fish outside.

No leaks whatsoever; only the quality materials were used in building the structure, which is 19 feet long and 8 feet wide. NOT a fixer, but a new 2005 construction on a professionally reconstructed 1984 hull, that needs some finishing work (about 80% is already done)
Is about 80% completed; just needs someone who has the time to work on some plumbing and some electrical work. (more on that on the website)
Doesn't come with a working outboard, but you anyway might want to keep it as a stationary studio on the water, so a working outboard might be way down the Want-Have list (we never really cruised it).

We are the D.I.Y Stone veneer Molds. we take pride in offering the best in plastic molds. a certain company says you HAVE use rubber molds to make the stone like the pros. We make both and i will tell you to pick up two of our stones made from rubber and poly plastic and tell me the difference!

check out the price difference between the two. would you rather come out of your pocket to buy rubber molds, if your going to do that for d.i.y then you might as well just buy the stone yourself its going to cost you the same.

here are some reasons to go with plastic molds over rubber

- stone that come out of rubber and poly plastic have the same amount of definition

- poly plastic molds can be bent crushed and thrown around

- poly plastic molds will last you a lifetime, just like rubber molds

- poly plastic molds COST MUCH MUCH LESS THAN RUBBER,and i believe that is what the consumer is looking for.


i have personally spoken with stone manufacturers and i am getting them to turn to poly plastic to save on their over head with stone molds. they do agree with my points between rubber and plastic.

$35 a sf. they have a 1 sf sheet in which you
probably can put one big rock , no more than three
little rocks on this sheet , then you have the space
left over. Are you paying for the negative space? I
believe so if they are advertising a 12x12 sheet for
$35 per sf. Again before you purchase your molds
please make sure exactly how much rock you are
recieving.
