Attend a class focusing on the ancient art of Thai fruit and vegetable carving. Led by master carver Bounnam Somvong, owner of Paitong Thai Cuisine, an expert in the intricate art of Kae Sa Lak, (Fruit and vegetable carving), and gives instructions in the craft at her restaurant,
